Typography Project

What the Project Was

The project was our names typed out in a font and had to point out specific things about the font and name them. We created lines showing the capital line, the x-line, and the base-line. The project wasn't that bad unless you didn't have all of the names of the serifs. We used the line tool to make the lines, the text tool for text, and the line tool for the arrows.

What I Learned

I learned more about how to operate adobe illustrators tools. I also learned a lot about serif, sans-serif, and how fonts can effect how things seem or look like. I got to use line tools and how to make them dashed instead of a solid line. Illustrator is primary used for graphic design and art.

How it went

The project was average, but it would be more difficult without the all of the serif cheat sheet basically. Also it was a bit harder since our teacher was gone on friday but other than that the project was an average project.
