Quarter 2 Web Project

What was the Purpose? Whats the process?

The purpose of this project was to learn how to build and design a website. The process was really simple, Go through all the videos until you have what you want. For me the process was really complicated and too long to explain in one tiny paragraph.

What did I learn?

How to design a website, and how to edit a website to my own preferences. Which will be good for future reference, which could get me a good job someday?

What would I do Differently/the Same?

I wouldn't do much differently and I would do everything the same. Since the project was complicated it would be easiest just to rewatch the videos if I needed to do this again.

Conclusion 

The project was okay, nothing really caught my eye since I was just doing exactly what a video told me to do and it worked out flawlessly.

Designing a House

What was the Purpose? Whats the process?

The purpose of using sketchup was to learn how to model a 3d object and how to make an animation on that 3d object. 3d modeling is a good tool to use for backgrounds or the actual main premise of an animation. The process started with finding the right model that worked for the minimal requirements for the project. After so you start modeling on sketchup. Some houses dont have every bit of info that you need to model the entire house, so you gotta go off some estimations. first you start off with the box of the house, then do the roof, after that you work on other details.

What did I learn?

I mostly learned how to use sketchup and how to model a house. Other than that I didn't learn much other than tony loves to watch cat videos and make very insane laughs, to those cat videos specifically.

What would I do Differently/the Same?

I wouldn't do much different other than not make my house look like a farm house, but other than that I would keep everything the same. I might do the fence post differently but it turned out well so I don't know.

Conclusion 

The project was okay but it wasn't as fun as it seemed to be. Animation to be makes me think of frame by frame animation and stuff like that. The project also took a lot of time to create and make, which was fine but 99% of that time was making fence posts.
